In the northern Amazon region is the largest reserve and the deepest in the Ecuadorian jungle: The Reserve of Cuyabeno, which allows you to experience and enjoy the adventure directly with the nature.

 

It has more than 550 species of birds: 60 species of orchids; more than 350 species of fish; a wide variety of reptiles such as anacondas, caimans and river turtles. They are estimated at 12 000 species of plants found within the reserve. And many species of mammals, including the incredible Tapir (Tapirus terrestris).

 

The reserve is also home to rare species such as the legendary pink dolphins River, the Hoatzin, or Eagle of the region, with its eight-foot wings open.
